We retain correspondence data for three (3) years from the date of last contact, after which it is securely deleted. If an advisory engagement results, data retention is governed by the terms of that engagement.
7. Cross-Border Data Transfer
Form data is transmitted to Formspree servers located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This transfer is made with your consent and is necessary to deliver your inquiry to us.
